A fantastic example of this is Ben Rutting, our current supervisor, who started with us in 1997 when he was 16 years old. While working his way through Agricultural Technical school, he was a standout crew member and promoted to foreman. He now oversees multiple crews and gives our customers superior value through his great work ethic and commitment to always get the job done right.
